Booking Cancellation
If the client is forced to cancel the reservation, they must notify us by email at contact@rentandroll.es. A cancellation will take effect from the date the notification is received by Rent&Roll.
If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the tour takes place, 100% of the reservation will be refunded, with the client assuming any possible bank fees or charges. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the tour, 100% of the total amount will be charged. RENT&ROLL will send the cancellation conditions details when the client books one of its services.
RENT&ROLL will not cancel its Bike Tours in case of rain. Raincoats will be provided free of charge to all participants. However, in case of heavy rain, the option to reschedule the tour or a full refund will be offered.
Changes and Cancellations by Us
We start planning the trips we offer several months in advance. Sometimes we must make some changes before or after reservations are confirmed and cancel those already confirmed reservations. If we need to make a significant change or a cancellation, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If there is sufficient time before the start of the trip, we will offer the following options:
- Accept the changes, or
- Take another trip similar to the original if available (we will refund the difference if the new trip costs less than the original), or
- Accept the cancellation. In such case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to RENT&ROLL.
Please note that some of our trips require a minimum number of participants to go ahead. If we do not receive the required minimum number of reservations for a particular trip, we are authorized to cancel it. We will inform you or your travel agent of the cancellation for this reason at least 24 hours before departure.
Force Majeure
Unless otherwise stated in these Booking Conditions, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation when the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by any reason or you suffer any damage, loss, or expense of any nature due to “Force Majeure.”
In these Booking Conditions, “Force Majeure” means any event which we or the service providers concerned could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. These events include war or threat of war, riots, civil conflict, terrorist activity (actual or threatened), industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, or all similar events beyond our or the service providers’ control. Advice from the Foreign Office to avoid or leave a particular country may constitute Force Majeure.
