Accessing and/or using this Rent&Roll portal attributes the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use set out herein. These Conditions shall apply independently from any General Conditions of Contracting that may be mandatory.
Use of the portal
rentandrollmadrid.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet owned by Rent&Roll or its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for using the portal. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or content. When registering, the USER shall provide truthful and lawful information. Upon registration, the USER may be given a password, for which they will be responsible, committing to keep it secure and confidential.
The USER agrees to use the contents and services (such as chat services, discussion forums, or news groups) offered through the portal appropriately and, without this list being limiting, not use them to:
- Engage in illicit, illegal, or activities contrary to good faith and public order;
- Disseminate racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal content, terrorist propaganda, or content that violates human rights;
- Cause damage to Rent&Roll’s physical or logical systems, those of its suppliers, or third parties; introduce or spread viruses or other harmful systems;
- Attempt to access or use other users’ email accounts and alter or manipulate their messages.
Rent&Roll reserves the right to remove any comments or contributions that violate personal dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, harmful to minors, offensive to public order or safety, or deemed unsuitable for publication. In any case, Rent&Roll shall not be responsible for opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.
Data protection
Rent&Roll complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 approving its implementing regulation, and other applicable regulations. It ensures proper use and treatment of the user’s personal data. For each personal data collection form related to services requested, the user will be informed of the specific data-processing conditions, including: data controller details, how to exercise rights of access, rectification, deletion, or objection, purpose of the processing, and any data sharing with third parties.

Rent&Roll, whether directly or as assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights on its website, including all contained elements (e.g., images, sound, video, software, text; trademarks, logos, color combinations, layout and design, choice of materials, software required for access and use, etc.), held by Rent&Roll or its licensors. All rights reserved.
Under Articles 8 and 32.1 (second paragraph) of the Intellectual Property Law, reproduction, distribution, and public communication —including availability— of all or part of the website contents for commercial purposes, in any format or by any technical means, are expressly prohibited without authorisation from Rent&Roll.
The USER agrees to respect these rights. They may view, print, copy, and store portal elements on their hard drive or another physical medium solely for personal and private use. The USER must refrain from removing, altering, bypassing, or manipulating any protective device or security system installed on Rent&Roll’s pages.
Disclaimer of warranties and liability
Rent&Roll shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages of any kind that may arise, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in content, unavailability of the portal, or transmission of viruses or malicious or damaging programs within the contents, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent this.
Modifications
Rent&Roll reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate on its portal without prior notice, including modifying, removing, or adding contents and services, and changing how they are presented or located on the portal.

If links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites appear under this domain name, Rent&Roll will not exercise any control over such sites and contents. Right of exclusion
Rent&Roll reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or services offered without notice, at its own discretion or at the request of a third party, from users who fail to comply with these General Conditions of Use.
General provisions
Rent&Roll will pursue breaches of these conditions and any improper use of its portal by exercising all civil and criminal actions legally available to it.
Modification of these conditions and duration
Rent&Roll may modify these conditions at any time, which shall be published appropriately as they appear here. These conditions remain in effect as published and will remain valid until modified by subsequently published terms.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between Rent&Roll and the USER shall be governed by applicable Spanish law and any disputes shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
