By completing and accepting the rental/tour form, you agree to be bound by these conditions which constitute the agreement between ROBERT FUJIMOTO S.L. representing Rent&Roll and you.
All persons named in this booking (“participants”) are subject to this agreement. By filling out this form, you affirm that you have made all other participants listed on the reservation aware of the terms and conditions.
These conditions exclude any other terms or conditions unless they are reflected in the rental form or otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Previous agreements between the parties shall not vary these conditions. No modification of these conditions shall be effective unless written and signed by a person authorized by Rent&Roll. In these terms and conditions, the reference to Rent&Roll means the Guides, Store Staff, its employees, its directors, its agents, and other third parties and representatives of ROBERT FUJIMOTO S.L. (Rent&Roll) with NIF: B86620796, a store for renting sports and leisure equipment and Active Tourism, based and operating within Spain and, as such, governed by Spanish law. All prices and payments must be processed in Euros. You agree that your reservation and the rental contract with us must, in all respects, be governed by Spanish law and its jurisdiction, regardless of where in the world you reside. We must comply with Spanish law and its regulations as far as they affect our activities and are related to you and your reservation under this agreement.
Booking and Payment
At the moment you make a reservation with RENT&ROLL, you agree that you will make all bookings in good faith and not with speculative or fraudulent intent.
You consent to our use of the information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are over 18 years old.
The booking becomes effective when Rent&Roll accepts from you a duly completed rental form and confirms your booking. While we make our best efforts to provide you with up-to-date information regarding available bookings, availability is subject to change at any time. Rent&Roll does not guarantee availability until your reservation is complete.
Some trips require a non-refundable deposit that must be paid and is detailed in the individual details of each tour. This must be paid at the time of booking.
The payment of the remaining amount of the tour must be made no later than 40 days before the tour departure.
If the remaining amount is not received by Rent&Roll in the required time, it will be understood that you cancel the tour and the cancellation charges will apply.
Tour payment should be made by bank transfer or credit card without extra charges.
Health Requirements
Our tours are physically active and the demands depend on each itinerary. Therefore, good physical and mental condition are essential for enjoyment and safety on the tours. By accepting these Terms, you certify that you have no physical impediments or other conditions that may pose a risk to yourself or any other participant or affect third parties.
Images and Marketing
You agree that we may use and reproduce images, photos or videos that you send us or that are taken by our guides or other travelers in which you appear individually or in a group, in any media (Internet, print, electronic media…), free of charge, for promotion and advertising worldwide.
For Travel Agents
Travel agents must make bookings for their clients using the rental form sent by email or the online rental form. Agents must inform their clients of these Terms and Conditions before booking and make the reservation and all related communication known to their client. Agents assume responsibility for transferring all information related to the trip and all communications concerning the tour to their client.
Changes to the booking made by you
If you wish to make changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us by email as soon as possible. Although we will make the effort to assist you, we cannot guarantee that those changes can be applied. A change of dates will be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation and rescheduled to the new dates, in which case cancellation fees will be applied.
