Terms and Conditions

Rent and Roll rents the client all the equipment mentioned in the present contract under the terms and conditions hereby described.

  1. The client must be over 18 years old and must carry a valid ID (passport, identity card , D.N.I., N.I.F. Spanish or any form of foreign ID). The client is the bearer of the present contract and is accountable for all the equipment which can only be used by the people he or she nominates.
  2. Bicycles and other equipment rented must be picked up and returned within the timetable established and within the firm timetable as follows: Summer Time(1st May to 31stOctober): Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. , Saturdays and Sundays, from 9:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. Winter Time( January, February, March, April, November and December): Mondays to Friday from 10:00 a.m., to 19:00 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays, from 9:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m.
  3. Bicycles and all the equipment must be returned at the same place where it was picked up.
  4. Payments are accepted in cash or Credit Card after the tour or rental time. Non-fulfilment of the schedule time due to delays implies charging a full hour even if the delay is inferior to 60 minutes. If the delay is superior to 48 hours, the firm (Rent & Roll) will make its own the value left as guarantee and will report the theft to the authorities.
  5. As guarantee the firm can ask a deposit varying from 100 to 200 euros or even specific data from the client credit card.
  6. All the equipment, accessories or other rented material (tools) must be returned in perfect usable conditions. Any damages caused to the equipment will be charged to the client. The client must inform the staff if damages occur as well as in case of malfunction.  The client must protect the bicycle and all the rented equipment from damage, and take the necessaries precautions to prevent it from being lost, stole, or theft.  If any of the previous mentioned situations occur during the rental period, the client will take on, immediately, all the costs at market prices.
  7. The client must attend the bike and equipment at all time and if  not in sight must use the bike lock chain; we advise to keep it with you whenever possible, do not leave it unattended in less frequented streets and at night.
  8. The firm (Rent & Roll) declares to have a personal liability insurance. This insurance covers all kind of injury caused by equipment malfunction or defect; however Rent & Roll can’t be accountable for complaints due to accidents, injuries or cuts caused on the client or to a third person, to people or property, lost of objects or others caused for reasons out of the firm control.
  9. The client and the people he/she names for the use of the rented equipment should regard Spanish traffic rules and cycle carefully respecting traffic and pedestrians.
  10. The client declares to be in good health conditions, able to handle the equipment and all the rented material, and is qualified for the practice of cycling.
  11. This contract is ruled by the Spanish law, and both parts renounce any other jurisdiction and accept exclusively Madrid (Spain)
  12. The firm (Rent & Roll) informed the client that his/her personal data will be treated in accordance with the present legislation of personal data protection, and will be incorporated in a file property of ROBERT-FUJIMOTO, S.L. , with an administrative purpose. In order to exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, you must address the company in writing or directly to: Calle FelipeIV, 10, 28014 Madrid.
  13. The Client acknowledges having received, read and understood the above conditions and accepts them by signing two copies of the present contract in the date and time mentioned.
