To rent any equipment, you must show your ID, NIE (National Identity Document), or passport before renting. Minors may rent equipment if accompanied by an adult. The customer is responsible for all rented equipment from the moment it is picked up until it is returned.
Once your reservation is made, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the sizes of your ski/snowboard equipment and boots, if needed.
