Yes, we offer group discounts and student discounts

We have a personal liability insurance. This insurance covers all kind of injury caused by equipment malfunction or defect; however Rent & Roll can’t be accountable for complaints due to accidents, injuries or cuts caused on the client or to a third person, to people or property, lost objects or others caused for reasons out of the firm control.

Bookings can be cancelled without any problem, we only ask you to let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

No, it’s not; you pay when you rent your equipment or after completing the tour

Our Tours

Minimum age is 13 with bike, while there are no restrictions if carried in child seat, under parental responsibility and in accordance with all safety measures.

A reservation is required at least 24 hours in advance, due to a limited number of spaces on the tour.

Our bike tours lasts between 1 and 3 hours, including stops.

No, the bike tours are an overview of the sites and more about getting a feel for the city. However, on private tours you can arrange to take extra time at the sites if you’d like to go inside.

Group size almost always ranges from 2 to about 15.

You’re welcome to bring your personal bicycle on any tour (there’s no discount on the tour price for doing so.)

Tipping tour guides at the end of the trip is at your discretion. Since guests often ask us for guidance in this area, we suggest around 1€ -5€ per Tour, per guide, per person as an appropriate gratuity for excellent service

Unless it rains cats and dogs the tour will continue and we will provide you raincoats.

Rentals

The client must be over 18 years old and must carry a valid ID (passport, identity card , D.N.I., N.I.F. Spanish or any form of foreign ID).

In some cases it may be necessary to pay a deposit, even though, in general, it is enough to show a valid passport and sign the rental contract.

The client must attend the bike and equipment at all time and if  not in sight must use the bike lock chain; we advise to keep it with you whenever possible, do not leave it unattended in less frequented streets and at night.

When your bicycle or skates get stolen, you are liable for the damage. When you lock your bike properly it is very unlikely it will get stolen.

Although not necessarely your fault, you are liable for all damage that occurs to the rented bike, except damage caused by natural wear. Treat your bicycle as if it is yours.

Minimum age is 18, minors must be accompanied by an adult.
